Acne!!!???
my acne only goes away if i follow a long detailed routine of cleansing my face up to three times a day. during the day, i cant touch my face at all and i must get exactly 8 hours of sleep or more. if i change my routine the least bit, my entire face seems to get acne overnight. its impossible to maintain this routine. sometimes, i cant sleep for a long time and other times i might accidentally touch my face and acne appears where i touched. what can i do to stop acne without following a strict routine?

Acne appears due to one of the following reasons :
1- spisy food , fat rich food , coffee & chocolate
2- hormonal disorder ( high level of androgens )
3- defective personal hyegine
Treatment
1- Dont leave ur skin to become oily
2-increase vegetables in ur diet & drink 2L of water dailly at least
3- use soap containing sulphate
4- U can also use local antibiotic
5-DONT touch diseased skin by any way

Retin-A only by prescription or via the web thru mexico or India with no prescription!do not buy those fake cures and this stuff is the only thing that works! that is why the goverment controls it via prescription, it WORKS!
Just use clearasil daily face wash whenever you take bath and use clean and clear as much as you can, although it’s recommended to use it twice a day.
It seems your body’s immune system is weakened and your body struggles to fight the bacteria that’s stuck inside clogged pores.
My advice would be ClearPores anti-acne system: http://www.clearpores.com/clicks/clickthrough.html?a=148622
You get 3 products and the most important for you is the herbal supplement. It has the right nutrition your body needs to fight acne.
Acne is complicated condition and the problem comes from inside not outside. Yes, touching your face can bring unwanted bacteria to your skin. But your body’s weakened immune system is the reason why that bacteria causes acne. ClearPores works as a permanent solution, not just a temporary cleaning routine. Give your immune system enough time to recover and acne will go away for good.
Also reduce stress as much as possible. Stress weakens immune system more than we might think.
Good luck my friend, don’t give up!

Here is an alternative for you:
Acne and Green Tea
Green tea is used by the Chinese as a traditional medicine to treat many ailments including acne and to improve general well-being. But does it provide an effective herbal alternative to modern medication?
The answer seems to be ‘Yes’. There are only two herbal treatments that are known to be effective in treating acne and green tea is one of them.
In a recent study by Jennifer Gan-Wong, M.D. a green tea cream was trailed against a 4% benzoyl peroxide solution on people suffering with moderate to severe acne. The results from this research study showed that green tea was just as good in treating acne as the benzoyl peroxide.
But benzoyl peroxide dries out skin causing itching or allergic reactions. Unlike green tea that has the added advantages of natural anti-bacterial properties and antioxidants, particularly epigallocatechin gallate which is 200 times more powerful than vitamin E at fighting free radicals.
Green tea also helps to reduce inflammation, hormonal activity and aids in detoxification – which is all good news for acne sufferers.
Green tea extract is an extremely versatile herbal supplement – it can be administered
topically, often being used in creams, taken as a in the form of a pill or incorporated into your diet and drunk as a tea.
This last method is very popular (Green Tea with Honeysuckle is often known as ‘Pimple Tea’ in many Chinatowns) when drunk after a meal it aids digestion and helps to detoxify your system, getting rid of the toxins that can cause acne. Tip: don’t drink it with sugar, this will neutralize the worthwhile effects of the tea.
It seems that taking green tea for acne is a win-win situation… It has many beneficial properties which promote good all-round health with little or no known side effects and for the price, green tea is definitely a herbal treatment that’s worth trying.
This easy, effective method uses one kitchen-cupboard herbal ingredient, and calls upon the power of a warm compress to open pores and allow the healing benefits of the herb to work on blemished skin. The compress method is more comforting and quicker to use than a facial steam, but is every bit as effective.
Get the recipe from the article below..It works and its all natural. Try it….

"Acne sufferers exploited by cosmetic chains
Perfume
The cosmetics counter is no place to get acne treatment
Cosmetic companies are preying on the vulnerability of acne sufferers, a pressure group has claimed.
The Acne Support Group has called for tighter regulation of the cosmetic industry.
Research shows that women with acne are more likely to go to a cosmetic counter than a pharmacy for help.
However, taped recordings of cosmetic staff show that some are failing to refer customers with acne to doctors for what is a medical condition.
Vulnerable people
Acne Support Group

Alison Dudley, chief executive of the ASG, wants tighter regulation of the cosmetic industry and better education about conditions like acne and rosacea – another chronic skin disorder – among its staff.
She said: "People with acne are very vulnerable and some (but not all) members of the cosmetic industry prey upon the fact.
"I would like to see better education as well as tighter regulation in this industry.
"Many ASG members have spent huge sums of money on skin care products they have been told by sales staff will cure their skin."
Chronic skin disorder
Acne is a chronic skin disorder caused by inflammation of the hair follicles and small glands in the skin called the sebaceous glands and almost always begins during puberty.
It is estimated that 85% of people have acne at some point in their lives.
Studies show that no amount of cleansing the skin can get rid of the problem – the most effective treatment is from a doctor or pharmacist.
Dr Ravi Ratnavel, consultant dermatologist at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, welcomed the call, saying: "Most skin conditions such as acne and rosacea will respond well to treatments prescribed by a physician.
"The cosmetic industry can only provide products that clean, perfume, change the appearance, correct odours, protect or condition the skin.
"Acne is not caused by dirt, so no amount of cleansing will deal with the problem.
"The cosmetic industry must realise its responsibility to the public."
Sufferers are depressed
A survey of 1,985 people by the ASG revealed that three out of four people with acne felt depressed and almost half felt anxious.
Almost all would prefer to have a cure for the skin condition rather than £5,000 cash and 15% felt suicidal.
More than a third felt they would have a better job if they didn’t have acne, the survey revealed.
Among the women questioned, 37% spent £120 a year on skin care products and 27% spent the same amount on make-up.
Over sensitivity
Acne is caused by over sensitivity of the immune system. Some people are hyper-sensitive to the bacteria which gets trapped in hair follicles.
A whitehead results when the hair follicle becomes blocked. If this reaches the skin’s surface and is exposed to the air it turns black and is therefore known as a blackhead.
If the wall of the plugged follicle breaks, the affected area swells and becomes a pimple. When this happens below the surface, acne nodules or cysts can form.
Squeezing spots can spread the problem and may lead to scarring.
Acne can be exacerbated by stress.
Antiboitics work
Antibiotics are the most effective treatment. They can be taken by mouth, or used in a lotion, cream or gel, which should be applied daily before bedtime.
Benzoyl peroxide works for many sufferers. It comes as a gel, lotion or cream, and should be spread thoroughly over dry skin.
Isotretinon (Accutane) can be used to treat severe cystic acne which Does not get better with other treatments. A plus point is that it helps against scars forming, but a serious side-effect is that it can cause women to miscarriage or damage unborn babies. "
Hope some of that helped.
Green wintergreen rubbing alochol, pour a bit on a tissue and wipe your face..you will see the tissue become very dirty. Do it every morning and every night before bed. This is one of those tricks that no one ever knows..The best part..the bottle is usually about 89 cents… I find it at vons or walgreens.
My husband had bad acne and he went to the dermatoligist and tried everything but this works and he is perfectly clear.
