it’s cause by the sweat buildup,i used to have it to.here’s what you do,buy a loofah or back scrubber with a handle,you can buy one for a dollar or two at walmart or the drugstore,buy Dial antibacterial body wash and Neutrogena medicated body wash with salicylic acid.Use the Neutrogena medicated body wash 3-4 times a week and the Dial antibacterial body wash the other days,but use the body washes with the loofah or back scrubber,and gently scrub your back.Also take a shower after working out,and when you work out don’t wear tight shirts,it causes the bacteria to thrive off eachother.
after doind this,my bacne got better real quick and the skin on my back became a alot smoother

Acne can be caused by different reasons,
-> genetical factors
-> High humidity of your environment
-> Psychological stress
-> Tight clothing
-> To few hygiene
Try ruling out other things and focus on hygiene.
