1. I haven’t heard the vinegar one before; be careful about drinking vinegar, as it may erode your tooth enamel.
2. You don’t need to exfoliate every other day; more like once a week. Doing it more will irritate your skin and make your overall skin condition worse.
3. Masks are nice; don’t overdo them, though.
4. Yoga is perhaps recommended as a stress reliever do cut down on stress induced acne; by all means go for it if stress is a major factor in your skin condition!

Your skin needs your help to look good. This means drinking a lot of water every day. It means eating mostly fresh food (you should be visiting the produce store enough to make friends there). Get rid of the candy, potato chips, pizza, and any other junk food. Stop drinking soda. If you’re still in school, don’t eat the school lunch – bring your own. Eat meat and fish, but not too much (unless you are a vegetarian or vegan, obviously).
Learn to like fresh fruit. Learn to cook meals from scratch, using fresh ingredients. Get a water filter if your tap water tastes bad. Keep your fingers off of your face. Keep your hair off of your face. If you are female, invest in good makeup (the Mineral stuff works well for me) and be strict about washing it all off at the end of the day. Moisturize. Use the over the counter acne cream (containing benzoyl peroxide) every day. Don’t overdo it on the dairy. Keep your pillowcases clean.
If you’re still having a big problem and you follow all the guidelines I listed above, go on a hormonal birth control (the pill, Nuvaring, etc.).
You can consult your doctor for anything that you perceive to be a problem. Go for it!
