I have gotten worse acne in my 30s, during extremely stressed out times, than I ever did as a teenager or in my 20s. Lots of things I’ve read about skincare say that stress is one of the biggest reasons for breakouts and that women in their 30s do often have a lot of breakouts due to hormones. It also seems to me that if I’m not drinking enough water, that has an effect.
I’m 24 right now..
I actually didnt have acne when I was a teen.
AFTER I started wearing makeup was when my acne appeared.
I’ve recently just stopped wearing foundation and yeaaaah.. I’m dealing with the results..
It’s like my skin is adjusting to not having shit on it everyday and I’m breaking out.. not with the big pussing zits either, like the white heads ughhh
So many different factors..
I’ve never had bad acne. I only saw it when I was mega stressed which wasn’t that often. IDK Sorry.
