Anyone had success using ONLY a NON-medicated cleanser and nothing else to clear moderate to severe acne?
Non-medicated– meaning nοt containing salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, triclosan οr аnу οthеr medication.

Hοw dіd уου υѕе іt (regimen)?

Apple cider vinegar on some cotton wool used as a toner can work pretty well, it smells horrible and can sting a bit though. If you want to try it you might want to start with it diluted1:1 with water to see how your skin reacts. Google apple cider vinegar and acne for more info.
I don’t know what kind of acne you have, but my face clears up and stays clear when I wash my face before bed and every morning. I use Bioelements decongestant cleanser twicw per day. Also, make sure you drink a lot of water.
i have moderate acne and blemishes around my face, but they’re starting to fade…well…i use cetaphil gentle cleanser… work’s great! then use a mild moisturizer or sunblock!
i use it twice a day!…. morning and evening!
No- I used Proactiv and it was GREAT!
no, i have used benzoyl peroxide cream and it works a charm
Yes, Cetaphil Normal to Oily 2x daily more if I worked out or got dirty.
be patient though 30+ days
Well done for considering the bigger issues of skin care! I seriously did not want my daughters to put anything on their face that contains chemicals! A huge percentage of what we put on our skin gets absorbed into the blood stream.
We tried products from Essential Angel which are organic and made specifically for young skin. The girls are both glowing with a lovely clear complexion and we are all very happy with our choice. Try it for yourself and good luck!
