Firstly my answer is a long term plan and not short term, it’s impossible to get rid of scars or spot on your back even with medication in few weeks and months as well because scars take 27days to heal and show new skin
1. Stop picking at any pimples you get and avoid sun as much as possible..
2. Do not use deodorant soap or washes to wash your face.
3. Mostly use only cool or cold water to wash your face.
4. Wash your face only 2 or at the most 3 times in a day.
5. Rest of the day if you require just splash some cool or cold water and pat dry or air dry your face.
6. Keep hair off your face.
7. Do not sleep on your face.
8. Avoid scrubbing the face.
9. Drink 15-20 glasses of water in a day.
10. To speed healing of acne and improve your facial complexion start eating more vegetables and fruits.
11. Avoid artificial sugar.
12. Avoid refined flour.
13. Almost give up beef and pork and alcohol.
14. Eat chicken and fish in moderation only and eggs as well.
15. Last but not the least sleep well at night.
Doctors say diet cannot cause acne but it’s actually the diet that causes all problems.
I am not asking you to give up things you like forever but until you see good improvement and when you eat something just eat in moderation and never eat too much of a particular type of food.
Medication will give you a relief but as soon as you stop it they will be back with vengeance, for severe acne you may want to goto doctor, however observing good diet can show you tremendous improvement in 5 – 6 months.
Remember medication has it’s own side effects like hairfall, acidity, sleepy state of mind.
Remember if you have severe acne do visit a doctor however you can atleast see how much difference a complete change in diet makes, usually 5-6months after you switch to healthier diet.
All the best
I used to have acne but I cleared it up in a more natural way. The first step is to figure out what some of the factors are that are causing it. Heredity, diet, lifestyle, cleanliness, stress, and fitness. For me it was a combination of things.
It seems like no matter how well I take care of myself I usually get at least one little pimple a day or two before my period. C’est la vie. But other than that my skin is clear.
Diet is one thing. I started drinking a lot more water and watched how much sugar I ate. If I have too much sugar in a day I can pretty much bet that I’ll breakout. Of course exercise helps, I try to workout without make up on so that it won’t clog my pores.
Stress makes a huge difference too. You have to learn to relax and be calm and rational even when things are going really bad. You need to find a way to release pent up emotion, for me exercise helps.
Sleep is important because your body repairs itself during that time. Never sleep with makeup on and always wash your face before and after sleeping. I change my pillowcases every 5 days or so and I put a hypoallergenic pillow cover over my pillow. I also don’t hang on to pillows for more than a year or two at most.
If you wear make up- stop if you can or cut back. I will never use liquid foundation again. I like bareMinerals, I think it looks and blends so much better and it’s never made me breakout. Find a make up that’s gentle and hypoallergenic like Almay.
Keep anything that touches your face, extra clean. Change your face towel often, keep your hair clean and off your face. Don’t touch your face with your hands, etc. Wash your hands more often.
The healthier your body is on the inside, the better you’ll look on the outside. Your skin is your largest organ and it reflects your inner health. Take steps to take better care of yourself in general and your body will be more like what you want it to be.
I wash my face with honey—yes, honey. I just get my hands wet and put a teaspoon or so on my hands and rub it all over my face–not my eyes though. I let it sit for like 5 minutes then rinse it off with warm water, NO SOAP. It doesn’t leave your face sticky, it actually leaves it very smooth and glowing. I then dry my face and rub on clear Aloe Vera Gel (like the stuff you use when you get a sunburn) And the bumps usually go away in about a day. Both Honey and Aloe Vera are natural healing agents and are great for scars and scratches and acne. I use this routine everyday, even when i dont have the bumps! It even takes off my mineral makeup well too. I use a little olive oil to remove my eye makeup though…..
im not sure about the shoulders and face but i also have scarring from acne on my face and applying lemon juice on your face every night before going to sleep has worked wonders. it lightens them and makes it go away. just cut a piece of lemon and rub it on your face, your skin will feel a little tight and dry but that is normal, it works.
Try the essential oil Bergamot diluted in a carrier oil such as grape seed oil. Massage a small amount over acne at night and rinse off in the morning. It works very well for me
Tea tree oil is the best all-natural acne remover. It’s pretty cheap and it won’t dry out your skin like other acne creams.
