"cystic acne"?!?!?!? WTF? Natural remedies? Diet changes?
25 white female….acne аnd red face inherited….now cystic acne ѕtаrtеd аbουt three years ago…….hаνе tried pro-active, store bουght CRAP, аnd seen dermatologists whο рυt bіg needles іntο mу face inecting something thаt dіd nοt work. All topical products I’ve used mаkе mу skin dry аnd flaky; even whеn I υѕе moisturizers tο combat those effects.
I аm SO SICK οf thіѕ crap. It seems lіkе I hаνе аt lеаѕt one cyst/acne thing οn mу face аll year long. Thеу take forever tο gο away аnd even аftеr thеу аrе gone (аt lеаѕt nοt very visible) I still feel a hard spot whеrе іt wаѕ.
Anyone out thеrе hаνе/hаd a same experience аnd саn offer advise?

Eat spinach and mangoes (1 per day) regularly.
Take fish oil daily (get the capsules)
Drink green tea in the morning and plently of water throughout the day.
Avoid eating too much beef, and don’t eat egg yolks (A doctor in Pakistan told my father this, although i dont believe its based on science kinda like a myth thing you can eat egg whites). And don’t eat anything that makes your skin oily.
Doing these things will not have a direct affect on your acne problem, however it will improve your health and most importantly your skin quality.
Yes i have had a related experience and can offer advice.
I was told by doctors i had rosacea and that it would never go away.
after about a year of alternative treatment and diet changes it is now completely gone.
i had anti-biotics, creams and all that crap and they do nothing, they are a complete waste of money.
heres what i did:
1) first i got a cream that had calendula in it. its a herb that works wonders on the skin, you should be able to find something at any health food shop. you want one thats honey and green tea based, not alcohol based, it just burns so it looks a bit better and then it gets worse!
2) increase consumption of essential fatty acids and decrease consumption of saturated fat. i started on omega capsules and started eating seeds and nuts during the day, every day. I also stopped eating meat to lower my saturated fat intake.
3)detox. for the short term to kick things into gear a detox is very useful, you want to clean the blood. everytime i ran somewhere i found that my skin got worse, if there is acid in your sweat it will aggravate the skin constantly, making it hard to make progress. detoxing can be hard at first but if you make it through it can do wonders.
4) correct acid alkaline balance. for the long term, youve gotta get rid of the food for the bad bacteria and get your blood at the optimum ph level, for this i started drinking green juice, mainly juicing my own brocolli, spinach and celery. though now you can get something like a barley grass powder, which are very good for this kind of thing. also, lower coffee and alcohol consumption and refined foods or sugars.
finally, time.
After starting each thing i mentioned, i found constant improvement once i was doing them all. for something that really was a terrible condition i was amazed at how well it progressed once i got it all down. it took a year of seeing doctors and being disappointed for me to finally put some effort in and figure out what to do to solve it, i talked to a lot of people and saw practicioners, it was hard but it worked :/ and now i feel much better too.

it COULd folicuitais(spelling?)inflamation of the folicules on your face i bought all the stuff even from docs,the only one i havent tried was Murad that covers folic im gonna do that next,also possibly could be a milk allergy
