Does a honey and sugar scrub help clear acne?
I don’t hаνе much acne, јυѕt a few blemishes οn mу forehead, bυt I wаѕ јυѕt wondering іf I mix honey аnd sugar іn a bowl аnd thеn рυt іt οn mу face, wіll іt clear up mу acne?
аlѕο, hοw long ѕhουld I keep thе scrub οn fοr?

Honey is good for moisturizing, and sugar is good for exfoliating. A good natural remedy for mild acne is tea tree oil applied (full strength) to the blemish. If you need a good moisturizer, just add 8-10 drops into your current moisturizer to make it work miracles, and it is safe for your face since tea tree oil is a natural astringent. You can find some at your local superstore or drugstore.
No. It’s just going to take the surface skin cells off when you rub the sugar crystals on your face.
To get rid of acne, you need some sort of medication within the scrub. What you would be doing, would basically be buffing the face and making it glow, but not getting rid of acne.
Just gently rub the scrub on your face for about a minute or so and then rinse off, you don’t have to leave it on.
Using simple and natural ingredients on your skin may be a lot gentler then using the other chemical-filled products. Honey is known for its antibacterial and moisturizing properties, while sugar can be used as an exfoliant. If you mix the two together, you have a moisturizing scrub or mask that exfoliates the skin. This mixture can be easily made and applied in less than a half hour.
Here is a recipe for a scrub that helps with Acne.
Things You’ll Need:
1/4 cup of Sea Salt (we are talking with minerals)
1/8 cup of Orange Peel (dried)
10 drops of Iodine
1 ground up Asprin
Enough Baby Shampoo to make the mixture soft, but not liquid.
Step 1 Gather your ingredients and containers together.
Step 2 Measure and mix your ingredients into a glass container.
Step 3 Wet your face with warm water.
Step 4 Place a teaspoon of the mixture in your hand with a few drops of warm water and blend with your fingertips.
Step 5 Move the soapy mixture in a circular motion going in towards the center of your face with your fingertips.
Step 6 Rinse with cool water and pat face dry with a towel.
Step 7 Save the excess in a sealed container and in a cool, dry place.
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem dot com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
