I know your plight mate. I shared the same thing some years ago.
I went to the doctor and got some pills, back then it was called "Mycetlin V" I think that is how it is spelt.
Not sure if the V is as Vee or the roman numeral 5.
I was on this course for about 3 months, and now I may have one or two over 6 months but they are no bigger than 1/2 thickness of a cigarette, and they burst easily with help, and they do not return for months.
I am in Australia so this is the name of it here.
