Mix apple cider vinegar with water. I ratio it at about 1/4-1/2 vinegar, depending on how strong you want it. Not even the strongest of zits can survive vinegar. Just dab a little bit on your problem area. Sometimes, to prevent further breakouts, I spread it all over, but don’t do the full spread very often. Do it about once a week, but no more, or it could really dry out your skin. Do it before you go to bed and leave it all night. It may stink, but it works.
First part of the cure begins by inside, Avoid junk food, especially carbonated soft drinks and sweets, Eat more veggies and less meats.
Then, for the external, Wash the facial area with organic apple cider vinegar and do not use harsh soaps. You can make a skin mask with crushed oats and soy milk, Leave on the skin for 20 minutes and wash with plain warm water.
A combination of all this will work quickly.
sam here i’m trying something now that totally works.just get some alessi 100% natural sea salt(that you can get from publix) and get some soap (kind of like the soap that you use to wash ur hands with) and put them together (no water) scrub ur face with it so you can really exspoleate with and wash off with cold water then get some coconut oil (from kroger) and put it on your face and go to sleep when wake up in the morning wash your face with normal cold water and soap .But u have to do it everyday for quicker results.also avoid any junk food eat healthier.eat alot of fruits and vegetables and drink alot of water.no pop cookies or any type of sweets
Let’s see, there’s toothpaste you can put on them. You can also use rubbing alcohol. Ice them for the redness to go away. Milk reduces redness too. Crush up aspirin in a spoon with water and take a q-tip and rub it on your face, because it will reduce inflammation and redness of them. Wash with soap and water is real easy way to just clean your face. ALWAYS take your makeup before you go to sleep to help prevent more from appearing Oh, and salt water too.
Use Spectro gel to wash your face, and use organic soap instead of bodywash when showering etc.
Use spot treatments with Salycillic Acid higher than 2% or Benzoyl Peroxide 5% which you can purchase. While all of these remedies work there are some great at home treatments as well. Wiping your face with a cotton ball soaked in Hydrogen Peroxide (drug store type, 1% it’s very diluted) helps reduce redness and inflamation. Internally, I’ve found that Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg, Organic) a table spoon in some juice or water every morning and night helps level hormonal fluctuations from within and reduce flareups. I even sometimes dab a cotton ball and wipe my face with the Apple Cider Vinegar before sleeping at night.
Do not use heavy moisturizers on your face, instead opt for a light organic brand. The reason i keep mentioning organic, is because they have the least additives and sometimes artificial colour & preservatives in lotions trigger allergic reactions in the skin resulting in breakouts – and you don’t even realized it.
And of course drink lots and lots of water, preferably at least once a day with lemon juice (unsweetened lemonade) which will help balance your body, and stay away from heavy fried foods and sweets. The key is balance. I’ve tried it and it’s worked for me, but it takes time and dedication for the body to re-adjust. If you think it could work for you, give it a try one step at a time.
Hope this helped.
there isnt really anything you can do as far as home remedies.. since you are a teen you are probably experiencing hormaonal pimples… most acne unless you are just a dirty person who leaves makeup on or touches their face to much wont have good results from acne products at the store including proactive… the products are ususally for surface acne issues… most people you, and me(23) have issues brewing more from inside… I have learned to manage mine but I still get that period pimple on my chin. And so for hormonal acne the best way is to treat it from inside.. Go to acne.org to look at reviews of items that are used for acne. I am also going the more natural route.. so I take phytoestrogens, which are herbs/plants that

I am 15 and I have the same problem as you, so don’t worry!
The key here is REGULARITY – it could be that you are simply not keeping up with the same products for long enough to make a difference! Pick a good brand and STICK TO IT – it take at least 3 months for your skin to adjust to new products.
I use Amie and it is cheap, all natural and works when nothing else did! Wash your face everyday with a cleanser, use a light mosturiser everyday and once or twice a week use a good face exfoliant. Try an antiseptic spot wand and put it on problem areas before bed.
Also, try going for a week without makeup which also makes a MASSIVE difference. While you’re doing this, STICK TO THE SKIN ROUTINE!
As a last resort, you could always get bangs to cover the spots on your forehead. But then it is even more essential that you have a good skin care routine, as bangs can actually cause more spots. But you will be alright if you wash your bangs daily even if you are not washing the rest of your hair, wash your face often and pin them back at nighttime
