Does proactiv cause you to break out more at first? Will your skin clear up after that?
I hаνе bееn using proactiv a lіttlе less thаn a week now, іt seems lіkе іt’s working bυt іt’s аlѕο mаkіng mе breakout more. Several people I’ve аѕkеd ѕаіd thіѕ іѕ normal bесаυѕе іt’s cleaning thе stuff out οf уουr skin. Arе thеу rіght? Well іt eventually clear up?
I began using Proactiv for 7 years and it has worked great! I went on a vacation last year and didn’t take it with me – what was I thinking!? I came back and had some deep, deep blackheads that I wasn’t even able to extract to get anything out of. I went to a dermatologist about 4 months ago to see if she could do anything about them. She put me on differin which make me break out bad, bad, bad!!! I had never broken out that bad before. I went back 2 months later and she put me on tazorac, but I never used it. I heard it makes you break out worse than differin and I wasn’t going through that again so I started back on my proactiv. I am completely clear now! I will never change my face wash again! Proactiv worked great for me.
Proactiv doesnt work. I had problems with acne and basically used all drug store products they kinda worked but not really. I went to the dermatologist and got medication and two creams and i havent had a zit yet. I defiantly recommend going to the dermatologist.
Well it worked for my friend, and i think she said she broke ou a bit first like you, but it eventually cleared up
i would just stay with it for a couple more weeks but if it comes getting wors and its not working then I would try :

It’s 30$ and its VERY similiar to proactiv and it works really good
I’ve been struggling with acne for about a year and a half. And i started using this stuff..i’ve onnly been using it for about a week. But its starting to work already
and my skin is looking alot more cleaner.
