if its really bad, visit your doctor and he will be able to write you a prescription or give you samples of benza clin and some face wash

Facial cleansers with salycilic acid work like a dream and they’re cheap! Buy them at the supermarket or drugstore where they sell acne products. If you need the heavy duty stuff you can always get retin-a from a doctor (preferably someone who gives lots of samples as that stuff is expensive!).
