You can spend plenty of cash in serums and creams, but there isn’t any better skin-friendly diet like consuming healthynatural food eating habits.
Of course, your skin and body is best served by a well-rounded diet, including healthy fats, sufficient protein, and lots of fruits and vegetables. Here are a few nutritional facts that will make particularly important contributions to a strong and glowing skin.
Fish
Green Tea
Broccoli
Safflower or Sunflower Oil
Almonds

you could take a look at the Organic pharmacy online they may have some stuff thats ok for use in pregnancy.
drinking lots and lots of water helped me, and showers using tea tree wash from the Body Shop, saunas are also good, will bring out spots at first but use it regularly and it does help!!
You cant use lavender oil in pregnancy so avoid that.
Zinc supplement is good, but you will need to take it everyday for around 3 months to start to see any difference so dont give up on the zinc just yet.
Def try to use a face wash and a toner too. Clinique do a 3 step treatments, facewash, toner and moisturiser all aimed at different types of skin. They are quite good. You should use all together, well at least the first two!
I have tried these and I like them.
I have had acne since i was young very bad on my chest back and face. i have been on roaccutane, which you can NOT take in pregnancy, but my point is, i still get hormonal spots and i have tried various treatments.
Those ones i mentioned are the ones i liked best.
Def though water water water!!
i mean at least 2 litres every day. again you wont see an immediate change.
I have also tried Microdermabrasion, mainly for my acne scars aswell as my spots. I have to say it is very very good and worth the money!! It also helps with collegan so is anti aging too!! Which is a bonus.
Or you could try the pulse light therapy, or a chemical peel.
All maybe useful. I havent tried those to though.
Hope this helps a bit x
