How can i get rid of this huge painful zit?

oh! аnd last night i used proactive οn іt whісh normally always works bυt thіѕ one іѕ a toughy.
What works for me is to put a warm compress (a hot, wet washcloth works) on it – that should bring the zit up to the surface faster and put benzoyl peroxide on it.
Get astrigent (SP?) and a tube of ZapZyt. I had a painful one on my nose and I used that combo and it went away in 2 days.
Crush up an asprin and mix it with water to form a paste. Put it on the zit overnight. It works like a charm.

just give it time, and if your really desparate try using benzol peroxide if you can get it
You need to deal with the pain of popping cause that's the fastest way to get rid of it. But until you can bare it, Put mint toothpaste on it. It will sting but it will make it smaller until you can pop it good. After you pop it put a little more toothpaste on it and it'll go away
proactiv has a product called the refining mask that has sulfur in it and that you put on, leave for 10 minutes, and take it off. in about two days it should start fading away.
WHATEVER U DO, DONT POP IT. popping zits like that can create a dark scar on your skin. permanently.
toothpaste doesnt work!!
perfume does, it dries it out!
