Hοw dο thеу work? Dο I apply thеm directly, οr dο I consume thеm?

Hi,
The best treatment against acne is however ensured by the use of natural remedies, which will not be threatening to the skin, but will have a smooth, delicate effect. They will not attack the skin the way conventional drugs and chemical products do, offering instead great support to the immune system as well as to the digestive one, along with the adequate skin care. In this case acne is unlikely to manifest itself.
There are a few ingredients extracted from plants like Azadirachta indica, Arctium lappa or Melaleuca Alternifolia also known as Tea Tree Oil which have anti-fungal, antiseptic and antibacterial properties and they are not good only in acne treatments, but also for different other problems of the skin. There are also plants like Rooibos or Aspalathus linearis and the one called Bulbine frutescence which contains antioxidants which give excellent results in the case of skin infections. For the list to be complete, mention should be made of the Lavender Essential Oil which is an efficient antiseptic and tonic that successfully treats injuries, burns and scars caused by acne.

For witch hazel, it is an astringent which means that it will tighten the skin it is put on. So if you have a pimple say, and apply witch hazel, it while tighten and shrink it. When I use it I just dip a q tip in it a put it on the spot.
