How do I clear acne?
Alright, thе basics. I know thаt water helps tο clear acne. I drink аbουt a gallon аnd a half a day. I know pop/soda causes acne. Sο I don’t drink іt.
Mу skin іѕ pretty clear. I hаνе a pimple here аnd thеrе, bυt dude… I want tο bе perfect. Mау sound hard, bυt I dο.
I hаνе proactiv, bυt I саn’t υѕе іt іn thе winter bесаυѕе іt drys out mу skin tο much. In thе summer mу skin іѕ virtually untouchable. It’s clear οr аt lеаѕt іt looks clear bесаυѕе οf mу tan.
Anyways, аnу οthеr tips tο gеt rid οf acne? I cleanse 2 times a day… аnd drink a gallon аnd a half οf water a day. I keep hands away frοm face аnd wash mу pillow case a lot. Whаt еlѕе саn I dο? Anу home remedies?

What really seems "yucky" to me is a story my mother once told me. When she was in high school in the early twenties, the young girls would get a "wet" baby diaper and wipe their faces, thinking their complexions would be improved!! Doris Goldsborough
My French-Canadian grandmother had more than her share of memorable cures but that which I remember best was the application of a tiny bit of tomato avec skin on a boil or pimple that would not come to a head, held on by tape, or later a Band-Aid. Generally within 24 hours said pimple was "ready for popping." Howard E.Congdon
If you feel a pimple coming up, rub in a little toothpaste and it practically disappears overnight. Rhonda
Pimples can be brought to a head with hot, wet, washclothes. Don Ryan
Red Clover flowers(dryed ones seem are better) and Golden seal are both natural blood cleaners taken together (legally I can not say it will work as a cure)(**) But "maybe it will" clean up acne. One should make a tea (use honey to sweeten if nessary) Golden seal smells and tastes really ucky. Take 8 to 10 Red clover flowers, 1/4 ts Golden seal. Place into a large cup (6 to 8 oz) fill with boiling water. Let stand for 8 to 10 minuets. Drank it twice a day for 3 to 5 days. Use as needed. Mike
My mother taught me how to cure your pimples – You drink a lot of water, for one thing. Or to get rid of them overnight, before you go to bed, wash your face thoroughly. Then take some rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab and rub it on your face wherever you have pimples. Take some antibacterial ointment, and after the rubbing alcohol has dried (only a few seconds), rub the ointment where ever there are pimples or zits, and where ever you rubbed the alcohol. Leave the ointment on overnight, and within the next few days, all of your pimples will be cured! This really works, I tried it and the next morning they weren’t that noticeable, and then the next morning they were gone!! It was really cool. -Claire Wilson
For your complexion lemon juice will lighten freckles and will highlight your hair. Chas
To prevent/cure acne, seperate an egg, and bust the yolk. Apply the yolk to your skin 2-3 times daily for a week, washing it off 10 minutes after every application. The results are noticeable immediately. Casey

acne is an internal problem. topical creams and soaps, etc…will never clear up the problem. it’s like trying to kill a tree by endlessly hacking away at the leaves and never getting to the root of the problem. acne is either a hormonal problem or a digestive problem. both problems can be cured by the foods you eat. drink lots of water and don’t eat anything but green vegetables for two days (especially lots of cucumber). your face should really clear up quite a bit in just two days…then slowly introduce other foods starting with fresh fruits, then lean meats. if you notice new pimples forming then stop eating the newly added foods til your face clears up then add other foods slowly

Do a Colon Cleanse and Toxin Cleanse, seriously I’ve researched and tried, and Dr. Natura and Blessed Herbs cleanses are the best! After you’ve fisished both do a series of Liver Flushes, recipe for that is all over the web. I would do research on the net on the above said and you will see why and what I’m talking about. Clean from the inside out.
I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer ten times. Each time, the person said it worked great. I’ll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
This may seem simple but it works like a charm. Soak a cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide (like you get at walgreens) and rub all over your face after cleansing once a day. If there is a stubborn zit then cleanse your face and hold the cotton ball with the peroxide on the zit for 10 mins. This really works well and is cheap and easy. I tried proactive, tons of water, dermatologists etc and NONE worked as good as this does. Good luck!
I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It’s time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://acnehomesolution.com/index.html that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.
