I have this nasty deep down zit thats been getting really big. But it wont turn into a whitehead. What should i do? I feel like 30 minuts in a hot tub would do it but i dont know of any that i can use. help?
Yeah, heat will bring it to the surface, thats the best way. Alternativly, i've found that against all advice, trying to squeeze the thing until it hurts, hen leaving it till the next day, the irritation and dirt from ur fingers will have brought it up into a white head. Then you can pop that baby. Be prepared though, to have a huge red mark for at least a day or two, time it so you dont have to face the public

Wipe it with alcohol, or apply benzoyl peroxide acne gel every night on it. (benzoyl peroxide can be bought at pharmacy stores)

It's probably cystic acne. Just treat it like any other zit. Put acne medication on it. I use Clean & Clear Advantage Acen Spot Treatment, its usually gone by the next morning. If this product doesn't work, try toothpaste [ not the gel kind ] and apply it before bed, and the zit should be gone when you wipe it off in he morning.

Squeeeeeeeeeeezzzze!!!! Soak a towel in hot water, put it over the zit… remove, apply some pressure and squeeezee! Hopefully it'll come up to the surface. If not…get a facial! The extractions they do should do it!
