How do i get this giant zit to turn into a whitehead?
I hаνе thіѕ nasty deep down zit thats bееn getting really bіg. Bυt іt wont turn іntο a whitehead. Whаt ѕhουld i dο? I feel lіkе 30 minuts іn a hot tub wουld dο іt bυt i dont know οf аnу thаt i саn υѕе. hеlр?
Yeah, heat will bring it to the surface, thats the best way. Alternativly, i've found that against all advice, trying to squeeze the thing until it hurts, hen leaving it till the next day, the irritation and dirt from ur fingers will have brought it up into a white head. Then you can pop that baby. Be prepared though, to have a huge red mark for at least a day or two, time it so you dont have to face the public

Wipe it with alcohol, or apply benzoyl peroxide acne gel every night on it. (benzoyl peroxide can be bought at pharmacy stores)

It's probably cystic acne. Just treat it like any other zit. Put acne medication on it. I use Clean & Clear Advantage Acen Spot Treatment, its usually gone by the next morning. It doens't overdry skin and 100% of people see results by the next day. It reduces size, redness, and number of zits. You can buy it at WalMart for like $7-$8. If this product doesn't work, try toothpaste [ not the gel kind ] and apply it before bed, and the zit should be gone when you wipe it off in he morning.

Squeeeeeeeeeeezzzze!!!! Soak a towel in hot water, put it over the zit… remove, apply some pressure and squeeezee! Hopefully it'll come up to the surface. If not…get a facial! The extractions they do should do it!
