I would supplement your diet with a multi-vitamin/mineral tablet twice a day (morning and night before bed) with a glass of water. Speaking of water, drink plenty of it. It’s good for your skin. I know my acne scarring started to disappear after I started religiously taking the multi-vitamin/mineral supplements every day. It’s got everything you need in it, like everything that you don’t get enough of from eating food.
