The number one thing that you should not do when you have a pimple is, fiddle with it. The best way to get rid of acne is to not touch it. There are other ways to get rid of acne as well but if you follow the first rule, then you don’t need the others. There are several natural ways to get rid of acne as well.
The best way to get rid of acne is prevention. Make sure that you clean your face with a facial wash and not soap, as soap dries out the skin. Also make sure that you are not using a harsh scrub and don’t absolutely use anything that has alcohol in it. All this will just end up drying your face out. Also the best way to get rid of acne is being on a good diet as well and having lots of water. Another way to keep your face clean is steam cleaning. This is also the best way to get rid of acne. All you have to do is hold your face over the steam for a few minutes. This helps to sweat out the dirt and impurities in your face. Once you have completed this, apply a good moisturizer and you are set.
Touch your face as little as possible. This can be hard but can be done. There is dirt on so many things that you touch like doorknobs, phones, elevator buttons, and toilet doors etc. Washing your hands often, at least for a minimum of 24 seconds will ensure that the germs are dead.
You should also change your pillow case every 3 days as there will be daily deposits of dead skin cells on them and when you put your head on it, all the dirt will just get transferred to your skin again and lead to a breakout. If you keep your pillow case clean, you will notice that you end up having cleaner skin as well.
If you already have a pimple, don’t pop it no matter how tempting it may be. When you pop it, it leads to secondary infections and more pimples. Pimples should only be popped by dermatologists, who will keep the area clean and can give you creams and antibiotics that won’t lead to scarring. If your pimples are very serious, the best thing to do is consult a dermatologist.
Take care…
well…. It depends how you treat it! If you treat it well, it could be COMPLETLY gone in 1 week-2 weeks! If you dont, It could take MONTHS! just remember to follow these SIMPLE rules to get free of acne!
- wash your face ATLEAST 2 a day! no more, or it could affect your face more!
- every night, before you sleep, put tooth paste on the blemishes to clear all the bacteria, and wash it ALL of in the morning!
- put your face under steam! it opens your pours and makes your skin look good!
- eat HEALTHY! which means, NO OIL, NO JUNK FOOD! fresh fruit is good for things like this! and drink LOTS o lemon-aid because it has alot of vitamin A, which is great for the skin.
- when you sleep, dont lie on your tummy because the bacteria from the pillow will get on your face, and only irritate your skin.
dont worry what people think of you! It people tease you, just say, "well, zits go away! uglyness doesnt! " haha!
is it acne, red rash small spots blackheads that’s hormonal,i had 2or3 spots at any given time from 15 to 26,i could tell that it wasn’t hormonal.maybe 1 or 2 sometimes 4 or 5 and sometimes real big deep spots,i had enough of doc’s &derm’s,they couldn’t do,anything(they just didn’t have a clue) and i sure wasn’t going to accept spots for the rest of my life.
So accept that it’s not hormonal or your spots think it’s a nice sunny day i’ll think i’ll pop outside for a few day’s.I was determined to find out why me and not everyone else and i found the answer, took about 3 years, but know i have a clear complexion,a few scars but not to bad and i have long forgotten the days i felt a ping and a new spot emerging,i new every spot i had personally and rubbing cream on a rounded spot was horrible and looking in the mirror every morning and about every hour in the evening was SOOO depressing.
So what did i do,was it the washing powder,no,the soap,no,water,no,the creams making it worse,no but it didn’t help,the sun.or not the sun,no,air conditioning,exhaust fumes,microwave leaking,no,dirt hidden under my finger nails,no,RIGHT maybe it’s something i’m eating,can’t be the derm and doc so don’t be stupid,wrong,
I’M ALLERGIC TO A FOOD COLORING&FLAVOURING INGREDIENT and i can prove it,when i don’t eat certain foods i don’t get spot’s when i do,i get spots(took 3 years but i’m there)
So over the next 20 years of my life, occasional out break,i know for definite what foods to avoid,e-mail me,profile page,if you want or believe the derm&doc and enjoy many many years company with your spots and the thousand of spots ready to invade, watch this space(your face.
Hey, roaccutane won’t cure any scars that have already been caused by your acne, it works by reducing the amount of sebum (oil) your skin produces, it also works to kill the bacteria that. commonly cure acne. Also the previous answer about no oil and fatty foods is wrong, if you eat a healthy balanced diet with a wide variety of foods it will help! Also make sure you’re drinking lots of water! That’s the key to good skin is keeping yourself hydrated. With regards to the length of treatment, as long as you stick to the prescribed dosage you should see a vast improvement within 2-4 months. Roaccutane, is shown to cure only 40% of patients and the rest just see massive reductrion in symptoms! So keep at it and good luck
It is really easy. People hide the truth all the time. I am your same age and I got rid of acne in no more than 5 minutes. Learn how the natural way…

some might never go away. but if you keep it clean and dont pick at at it should go away in about 2 weeks to a month. at least for me it was like that.
Clean and clear advantage acne control kit
Accutane is not the way to go, it can cause serious side effects such as:
- hair thinning
- chapped lips
- nose bleeds
- depression
The pros just don’t outweigh the cons so ditch the Accutane and instead use natural methods to cure your acne such as changing your diet and the type of soap you use.
