Schools starting soon and well i have a pimple right in the middle of my foreheadaddon'tdont wanna go to school with that on the first day so i did a few things to get rid of it.... First you gotta make sure that don't pick at it or try to pop it. if you do it will irritate it and it will take longer to disappear. i found out the hard way. Then i would say to use something with benzoil peroxide cause that would get rid of it fast. If you dont have anything and have to work with things at home toothpaste will probably work. you can put it on and leave it for a couple of hours. that should make it less noticable. Im not sure it that would work but some people say it does. Another thing you can do is put a lukewarm wash cloth over your face for a while then you can take a needle and lance the pimple and sqeeze out what you can.
