I have two big acne cyst on my forehead!?

Take some ibuprofen, and put an acne cream on it….DO NOT pick, it will only make it worse! Good luck!
Its not infected is it? My sister had one on her forehead and ended up in the hospital because the bacteria was about to contaminate her bloodstream so they had to inject her with antibiotics. Apparently sometimes we can pop a zit and the bacteria goes in instead of going out, and can cause bacterial infections so watch out for that! I thought it was rare, but then had a friend who had the same problem so thats something to consider if it doesnt start to go away.
You could always go to the dermatologist and get a interlesional corticosteroid injection which makes it go away in like a day or two.
cream might make it worse. see what they have at the drugstore.
