yes, you should use the cream, it willhelp the process of teh acne to disapper quicker because it dries it out. if you do not use the cream it could take weeks to clear up. but make sure you still wash your face and moisturize. if the cream starts to dry out your face, try to use it everyother day until your skin gets used to it, and then progress.
