No proactive is for zits not bumps from shaving or waxing. Try bikini zone for your va-jay-jay.

I have no idea but I to get rid of the bumps try "tend skin" if you want you can look it up on drugstore.com. I tend to get really bad bumps on my legs and this stuff works great.
