Simple Tricks to Get Rid Of A Pimple
To get rid of your pimple use a mixture of equal parts organic apple cider vinegar and distilled water or water that you have boiled on the stove and allowed to completely cool. Put the half and half solution on the pimple with a clean cotton pad two or three time a day.
In a few days the pimple will be almost not even there. After the pimple has cleared, use a milder solution of one table spoon of organic apple cider vinegar mixed with one cup of pure water. Keep the solution in the refrigerator in a clean sterilized container and try not to put the cotton pad directly on the container and always use a clean cotton pad. Apply the solution with a cotton pad after your cleanse your skin.
Do not use the clear white vinegar on your skin because it it not made with the care that the organic vinegar is made with. And, when you see the slime in the bottom of the organic vinegar is really a natural sediment — that is the true sign of raw, unfiltered vinegar.
When all else fails go acutane… It’s a pill and it has side effects… and it will make her acne worse at first, I mean really bad… but once it runs it’s course she will have perfect skin… by the way it’s RX only and you will need to go to a dermatologist
–edit–
I believe most of the side effects are related to the liver, but they blood test monthly or so to make sure that it’s not having an adverse effect
how about trying witch hazel. Don’t know if it will work but, it might be worth a try. Good Luck to her!
go see a dermatologist. accutane could be the answer but the doctor may want to start with different drugs that aren’t quite as powerful and without the dangerous side effects like doxycycline or minocycline.
It is time to consult a dermatologist. Prescription products like Retin-A are extremely effective for controlling acne.
I’ve been there & finally found effective treatments after consulting a dermatologist. It is important to control acne to prevent scarring and discoloration which can last a lifetime.

i had this problem as well, my favorite skin product right now is murad…it works really well, but it can get pricy…they have a starter kit for 60$ at Ulta right now if you want to try it out…it works really well.
When I was younger I had bad acne to, so I know how she feels. I was put on Acutane, it is a prescription drug, I had to go for blood test every month to ensure that it was not damaging anything. The doctor can fill you in on specific side effects. The medicine is on the expensive side, but it is well worth the money, I took Acutane for about 4 or 5 months and my acne cleared up. Your dermatologist will be able to suggest a treatment plan.
Good luck
try taking four aspirin and dissolve them in a few drops of water.. add a squirt of honey and make it into a paste.. this can be used as a facial scrub, mask if left on for ten minutes, or a spot treatment if left on over night..
aspirin has the same active ingredient as pro active.. only it’s cheaper and lacks the other worthless ingredients..
i really hope this helps..
I know it sounds a bit wierd, but try coconut oil. Many people swear by this. She can take it and topically place some on her face. Try a coconut oil informative website and it will give you all the benefits of it! Link below
I know that tanning really helped my sister. The vitamins from the sun can do wonders on your skin. Just tan in moderation & don’t get burnt. Also wash your face in the morning & at night. Moisture is the key! Drink lots of water & eats lots of fruits & veggies. If none of what iI suggested works then you should go to the doctor. I hope this helps! Good Luck
Same kinda problem here…until I tried the RoC Purif Ac range of skin products – I use their face wash, and the Blemish Correcting Emulsion which is one of the best moisturisers around for problem skin, and believe me Ive tried everything!. They do an on-the-spot cream to use if one particular one pops up but I didnt find it that good. Now, if I get a spot at night, I use sudocreme on it, or during the day, eye brightening drops. All of these things are tried and tested. I didnt believe the results until I saw them on myself!! They can be a little expensive, so i buy mine from ebay.
I was never offered the pill for acne, but some friends say a side effect was that it causes weight gain.
I sympathise with your daughters situation because I know what its like to try every product under the sun and be disappointed when it doesnt work. I was even bullied at school for my skin. I just wish I had found these products and tips earlier!! Best of luck!
+1 to Treadstone, consult with your dermatologist. Noone else knows better IMO.
Also, take a look at some herbal treatments in the source link. I’ve heard positive reviews on this herbal tea.
At this point, if you used benzoyl peroxide, you may have made the problem worse.
As a mother myself, I am frightened to know that benzoyl peroxide is used to induce cancer in lab animals to test cancer treatment drugs. I have posted study after study that shows a connection between benzoyl peroxide and skin cancer on my web site. Links are included to the scientific summaries listed on the PubMed.gov web site. Not hype, not hysteria, don’t use it anymore – ever.
Acne is caused by two things, hormones and reduced ability of your skin to naturally keep the bacteria that causes acne under control. The UV rays of sunlight also kill this bacteria, but all these kids are wearing sunblock if they even stand near a window so the sun is no longer able to help enzymes in your skin control the acne bacteria. Benzoyl peroxide strips the layer of skin that contains the enzymes needed to keep the acne bacteria in check. So, until your skin heals from the chemical burn, you have more acne. When your skin finally does heal, there’s just too much bacteria, so the outbreak persists.
Here are some suggestions to help heal the damage and help her skin recover and address the acne bacteria.
This mask can be used as often as desired. Soothing, anti-bacterial and nourishing, you’re both going to love it.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered oats
2 tablespoons honey
1 squished gel-cap of vitamin E or about 10 vitamin E drops
1 teaspoon sunflower oil, or any other liquid oil such as olive oil
optional:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the ingredients in a dish. Add enough water to make a paste. Warm your skin and open pores with warm compresses. Apply to skin and leave on for 10 minutes or more. Rinse. Ahh, relief.

To keep the bacteria in check without risky chemicals, try this anytime spray. Or just use witch hazel straight up, it kills the bacteria but can dry out your skin.
7 1/2 oz witch hazel
2 tbsp sunflower or olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
10 drops Zinc
1 tsp. vanilla or other extract (or a couple of drops of your favorite essential oil)
10 drops of vitamin E
Put the ingredients in a very small mixing bowl. Put the bowl in a dish of hot water until the ingredients are about body temperature. Whip the living daylights out of the mixture with a blender, food processor, mixer or stick blender. Pour into an 8 oz spray bottle. You’re still going to have to shake it to use it, but it really is worth it. Spray on face, or cloth and wipe face. This can be drying, so use it only a few times a day. Adjust the suggested amount of oil to suit your personal skin requirements. If you have oily skin, just cut the suggested amount of oil in half.
honeslty, try thiis thing called zenmed. the deremacleanse system. it works very well., and its all natural. its a wash, acne cream and a pill you take. there isnt any side effects, ive been using for about 2 weeks now my skin is getting better and better. also. if you dont stick with someone for a while, its not going to work , yo uneed to try things for at least a month. also, make sure she drinks enough water. and make sure she keeps her hands off her face! if she wears coverup to cover the pimples up. thats probably making it worse, clogging her pores and stuff. so if she insists on wearing it. try bareminerals. its the only true foundation that lets yoru kin breathe.
i hope i helped.
Accutane is not a first line acne medication. She’ll have to try the less dangerous drugs like clindamycin gel, Duac gel, tetracycline, erythromycin cream, etc. The issue with tetracycline is that you can’t eat/drink dairy products within 2 hours of dose, and it makes you susceptible to sunburn.
