Does it work by preventing acne or can it be used to treat existing pimples? Does it penetrate the skin and pores (and pimples?)

Rest of my face is clear, chin it sometimes appear, and I don’t get why it’s always in that specific spot. I wash my face like 2x per day or sometime 3x per day. I use Clean&clear morning burst while washing sometime. Simple scars that happen last year from falling or tripping. I need a product that are in stores not to go to doctor and asking.

I have this little lump on my chin where I had a pimple earlier. It hasn’t went away for a couple months. I believe that it is an acne cyst? Any ideas on how to help it go away?
