The area on both the sides of my chin has numerous acne on them.I use Clindamycin in those zones.Though the acne disappears,it reappears after sometime,and also my skin there is becoming rough and a bit darker.The dermatologist has diagonised it as acne rosacea.Please advice.

My skin is really bad at the moment and i was wondering what a good prescription drug would be to help cure it. I know my doctor will prescribe the one that is best for me, this is just for general knowledge and maybe i can make some suggestions.

I am on depression medication and my dermatologist prescribed me Accutane. I really need it as it is my last resort, I have been going to her for 6 years. My skin doesn’t want to clear up. She does not know about my depression problem (which is ONLY a result of a recent bad breakup). If I tell her, will she work with me or is she going to pull the plug on giving me the prescription?! Please help. I need the help!
