wat you can do is pop them and get out the puss than take a hot shower, scrub the area with wash cloth and soap several times, than before you get out rinse area with cold water. hot water opens pores and lets soap in and cleans it out and cold water closes them back up with the soap in them, o and dont ever scratch and scratch them or pick at the scab cuz thats wat gives you scares.
