For some reason the acne pimples leave a red "tender" looking blemish, while the cysts leave a reddish-brown discolored area. These blemishes last for literally six months. Any suggestions are really welcome. Thanks in advance for the help.

I’ve tried Proactiv, Acnefree, and Phisoderm, but when I was finished testing them all, my skin was still oily and full of blemishes.
My friend uses these face cleanser pads, but she doesn’t have acne, do they work?
I’m also an athlete. Does sweat effect my acne too?

I have a cousin who has flawless skin and her only problem is that her nose often gets red from blemishes or zits. She nevers gets any zit from any part of her face except on the tip of her nose. She's 20 and she's afraid of putting anything on her face.

What remedies can she do to prevent those? It's embarassing her. She's often called Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer because of this.
