I have flawless skin, until I get my period that is. Then I get these deep little zits on my cheeks and sometimes my forehead.

I HATE it. As if the bleeding isn’t bad enough, I have to put up with this ****. And it always comes at the worst possible time too, when I have fun, exciting plans.

Is there any way other than going on the pill that I can control this? I have topical medication already, but that only treats the breakout after I get it, and I want to cut it off at the source. Please help, I am very frustrated right now!

Sorry to sound angry, but my period came a week early for no reason, and I have skydiving lessons for the next 4 or 5 days! Not only am I going to be bleeding out the ***, but I have a breakout now, and the whole thing is going to be on camera. There are going to do close ups and everything.

This was supposed to be the best week of my life and it is ruined. I will have to hide my face in shame from the camera! I just want to get rid of this **** for good.

I have acne on my forehead and I was wondering if ortho tri cyclen lo could help clear it up. Has anyone had any luck with this brand of birth control? Please help.

I have perfect skin from my forehead to the bottom of my nose. But above my lips down to my jawline, I have horrible acne. Are there any hormonal disorders or conditions that this might be a symptom of? No matter what I do I cant get rid of them, they are also on my lips and are painful.
I have regular periods, but i have depression.

I would wash my face with an apircot scrub with salycylic acid in the morning. I would use witch hazel as a toner. (only if the majority of the answers agree).
In the evening I would wash with Purpose Gentle Wash. Again, use witch hazel if recommended by majority, and lastly, use neutrogena rapid spot acne treatment gel on forehead.

How does this sound. Please do not say Proactiv ( i’ve already tried it. ) Also, I’ve already seen a deramtologist who sucks! I have scarring on my forehead ( lots and lots of little purpulish, brownish dots) However, I’m not too worried as those are post- inlfammatory hyper pigmetnation marks and will fade over time.

I have blackheads all over my nose always. I get an occasional cyst (one or 2 a month) on my chin area. I have a few whiteheads always on my forehead. I get pustules in random places on my face. Normaly at one time I have no more than 3 pustiles or cysts at one time.

All I do is wash my face twice a day with a salacylic acid solution. Is this enough? If not what else should i be doing?
