If your concealer has Salicylic acid or what ever to treat zits and acne is it ok to sleep in?read the detail.?

My concealer had something to treat zits in it.I have a huge zit on my nose and it hurts.Is it ok for me to sleep with my concealer on?Will it cause more zits/acne?
