well from personal exprience and plenty of my friends with that problem if you quit touching your face it helps tremendusly seriously and washing your face i suggest to quit using all that expensive knock off stuff just use oxy or clearisil wash your face when you wake and before bed but for your scars theres not much for them they happen from picking zits over and over so stop touching face and wash best thing
why not proactive? it’s worth the money.
You can buy something called sulfur soap it works really well. you can find it at a health store. Also there is this brand that sells acne herbal supplements and they work as well but I can’t remember the name but if you go to or call a health food store they can probably tell you what I am talking about such as Whole Foods Market if you have one of those were you live. retinol which is abundent in carrots,green leafy vegetables should be used. In addition local application of retinol is also recommded.some oral antobiotic like roxitromycin is also desireable.

I wash my face with Ivory soap and then take a cosmetic Cotton wipe and wipe rubbing alcohol my face, I seldom get acne, maybe a zit once every 2 months. If your skin drys out use Neva face moisturizer
