What did you like better: Murad Achne Complex or Proactiv?
I used Proactiv fοr a whіlе. It solves thе problem οf achne allright, bυt іt really irritates thе skin οn mу face. And іt stinks lіkе toilet bowl cleaner. Dіd anyone try both?

Use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Cream Cleanser in the mornings and Cetaphil cleanser (or a generic version of it) at night. Both are inexpensive and available in most drug stores. The Cetaphil has been recommended by every dermatologist I have ever seen, and costs around $10, but it lasts a really long time (you only need a nickle sized amount each time you use it), and the generic versions (I use Longs) are just as good and a few dollars cheaper. The Neutrogena is a good gentle cleanser with 2% salicylic acid, and there are many many brands of these types of cleansers…any one of them would work, but I found the Neutrogena to be the best. When you wash, use a soft wash cloth and warm water, and rub gently in a circular motion…don’t scrub! DO NOT USE PROACTIVE OR TOOTHPASTE OR ALCOHOL BASED ASTRINGENTS OR TONERS ON YOUR FACE! Proactive is absolutely HORRIBLE and expensive, and alcohol will only make your skin produce more oil. Good Luck!!
I use the three step Clinique system, and it works really well. You can get it at most department stores like Macy’s, Gotchalks. Proactive is okay but Clinique is better.
the best treatment for acne is a pill called roaccutane. I was on it for a couple of months and it cleared up everything. it works from the inside out and honestly, it really works. i used to look like a damn snickers chocolate bar but now my skin is all cleared up.
umm i tht u shld stop using both pr0ducts..umm i tht u shld use acne clear frm watson..and im sure it will help on reducing the pimples..umm then i tht u shld use dainty lavender mask to stabilize ur pH and reduce sensitive..u can get it frm sg website at 88db..umm i tht u can also use T-3 cream on the pimples..
