Clean and Clear liquid (foam) soap. It works awesome. I use it myself, and it cleared the acne problem up in about 1-2 weeks. I use it daily in the shower, and haven’t had problems since starting it. Its pretty cheap too.
go to your local grocery store or pharmacy and get body clear from neutrogena that will help. use a wash cloth and scrub your bod in the shower and dont let your skin stay oily or dirty for long, after a work out por any sweaty actions get in the shower asap!

one of the hard things about acne is that there’s so many products to try. i’ve probably tried like 20 different products, until i settled on a product called beautiful skin. it’s a whole regimen that, in my opinion, works better than proactiv.
whatever you do, don’t feel sad just because you’ve got acne. i’ve been there, and trust me, there are ways to improve it! this is the product i’m currently using, it works great!
