You might not have these things in your house but they do not cost much and they are good for your health as well
1 oz of chamomile (just get the tea and open the bags if you
can not find it lose
1 oz dandelion get it at the heathfood store or if it is warm were
you live pick the leaves and dry them and
crumble them
2/3 oz fennel
use ont teaspoon of the mixture per cup of boiling water steep five to ten min and strain You drink this tea and it stimulates metabolec activity which helps promote the healing of inflammatory skin conditions such as abscesses boils and acne

raspberry leaf tea it is made from the leaves of the raspberry plant you can but it in the health food store but also when they are growing pick the leaves and dry them and once dried put in air tight container
to make for face take three table spoons of the leaves add to one qt. of water and boil for ten the fifteen min wash the affected parts of the skin with the mixture several times daily allow to cool before using this is good for acne and inflamed or oozing skin the tannins in the leaves can shrink blood vessels and stimulate skin regeneration because the decoction is a mild disinfectant it canhelp prevent bacterial infections and there for help acne
