There are some low dose BC pills to try but
just implement an acne wash before your period is coming
and take some zinc and sasafras root (if you can find it)
daily – try an acne wash, toner and spot cream as needed then go back to your normal routine.
I always thought you were supposed to lose pimples when your period starts.
Because that’s what happens with me.
