What is the best drug store product to treat acne?
It seems lіkе mοѕt drug store products don’t really work tο fight acne. I hаνе persistent acne, іt’s nοt bаd. јυѕt οn mу chin. I don’t feel lіkе going tο thе dermatologist tο gеt products. Iѕ thеrе a product/brand thаt really works?
Dana, let me save you some time. I spent months going through every different product only to find out this;
yes there are a few that work. Proactiv, Clearasil, Clean & Clear, Clarisonic, and Murad.. But here’s the problem. They only work for about a day, two days, or a week max!
Acne always came back.. and this time with a vengeance!
No matter how much proactiv I bought. Acne would show up on my face the next day.. It didn’t matter if I swam in a pool of proactiv.. Acne kept coming back again and again.
And I was absolutely sick and tired of battling with acne. Enough was enough. I wanted a real solution that got rid of acne. and kept it gone.
When I was just about to pull my hair out and give up my friend recommended Clear Pores. I never heard of it, but I tried it. and guess what? It works! You want a plan that will really help you? First, seeing that it’s just on your chin, try not to lean on your hand or anything during class or wherever you are. Don’t pick at it either! Next, drink lots and lots of water. Cut down on the caffeine, because that will dry your skin out tons. Lotion up, too. Don’t get something too greasy or thick, but some good face lotion. Use these with a nice face wash and some good things should start to appear in 2 weeks. DO NOT keep switching products, give one product a good try for a couple of weeks or so, so your face can get used to it.
And…you want to know a good cheap trick? Use white toothpaste and just smear it on your chin before you go to bed. It’s great, and you can feel it working, too. It’s helped me tons of times!

I love clearasil. An oldie but goodie. I started out buying exspensive stuff for my 12 year old daughter and saw minimal results. Then one day I saw a sample size clearasil original and we loved it. So I bought her a full size one for oily skin and we consitently use that. We saw results really fast. I tell her to drink only water and wash her face 3 times daily morn/ noon/ night. It is good to use a moisturizer for skin with acne problems as well. I have never had a "acne" problem but I am so impressed with the clearasil on my daughters skin that I use it on my own skin as well. You should try it!
