What is the best possible way to clear acne?
I wаѕ suggested bу mу doctor tο switch mу birth control method frοm thе depo shot tο thе pills. Hοwеνеr, I’ve tried 3 different brands οf thеm аnd recently starting breaking out heavily. Whаt dο I dο now?

Drink alot of water.

Think about how much those pills are affecting your body overall – they are obviously affecting your oil glands, and your hormones – but what else are they doing inside of you ?
Ditch them, use condoms every time, and learn about monitoring your fertility naturally instead of relying on "the pill".
was your face 3 times a day.
drink plenty of water no soda.
and use proactive! it works i use to have acne and my face is crystal clear now!

Hand towel
1 glove of garlic
1/4th of an cucumber
Wet the towel put it in the micro wave for about a minute, hold it about an inch from your face let the steam hit your face, once it’s alittle cooler lay it on your face for 10 second’s repeat this about 3 times.
Cut garlic in half and rub it over the problem area.
Wet towel again microwave it, just have the steam hit your face repeat for abit.
Slice cucumber’s thinly, place them on your skin, lay down and relax for about 5 minutes
Another thing that’s really good for your skin is, garlic water.
Boil water with 2 3 cloves of sliced garlic, drink it and eat the garlic.
One side effect of the shot and the pill is….acne…Ditch them and het an IUD. That’s what I did…but when I did it …..too late I had to get meds. from the Derm, to get rid of my acne
