EVery night before you go to sleep if you go to sleep at the same time. Or you can take it every morning if you wake up at the same time. Try to be consistent with the times that you take them.
Honestly, it doesn’t matter. What matters most is taking it as prescribed (ie. once a day…on an empty stomach….with food….etc…) AND at the same exact time everyday. Taking it at the same time every day is the way you should always take anitbiotics…..and don’t miss any doses
