any soap free cleanser works wonders. i like to use neutregena deep clean or garnier skin naturals to cleanse my face twice a day, and at night i apply small amounts of benzyl peroxide to my pimples and it works like magic. it dries up, but you just wash your face again in the morning and you can totally see the blemish has gone down considerably. i love the benzyl peroxide stuff. i get it in the Clean and Clear brand. and always refrain from picking at your zits and popping them because it will make everything so much worse. just let the products do their thing and drink plenty of water. ALSO….very important! sweating at least once a day REALLY helps to rejuvenate your skin and re fresh it! just get a real good workout so your whole body is sweating, then cool off by cleansing your face! and at least twice a week, exfolitate your skin with a nice apricot scrub. hope this helps. it’s my routine and i feel great in my skin. I cleance, then use a toner to even my skin out and freshen it up, and then i finsh off with an oil free lotion. takes about 3 minutes of my morning and night. works like a charm!

well you can try proactive and it works, pretty fast and effective, but you have to use it all the time, and as soon as you stop it will come again. also do not use those magical kits you see in supermarkets. the best thing is for you to first go to a cosmetician and clear the clogged pores. then try with a neutrogena wash and loreal tonic and neutrogena spf moisturizer during the day and at night just panthenol creme. even better go to a dermatologist and get specially made products that match your skin type. good luck!

but i have heard mixing milk & brown sugar and rubbing it on your face helps
or just drink alot of water and avoid touching your face

Neutrogena Advanced Solutions. It’s the only thing that’s worked for me- I had tried everything.

Or try any daily routine with both salycic acid and benzoyl peroxide, you’ll see good results.

I use Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser in on my entire body. It has helped clear up some of my acne and it doesn’t irritate my skin like all other soaps have.

oh you came to the right person, i know pimples.

well the best cream to use for simple pimple clean ups is the pore unclogging srub from Biore. Its green

if your nose is especially stubborn use a Biore ultra cleansing pore nose strip

to remove your make up use the Neutrogena Wave. it gets all the makeup off and makes your skin smoooth

if you have just a few monsters use a product called differin. it worked miracles on my brother plus it is super easy to use.

if you want fast results for a big day tommorrow use a nose strip, the Biore face wash and Blackhead Eliminationg Daily Scrub Neutrogena (orange) with the differin on the problem zits. this works but make sure the event is worth it because it drys out your face pretty bad for a couple of days

if you look like a pizza face use Zoderm (4.5% Benzoyl Peroxide) do NOT use proactive. my brothers dermatolagist said that it was all hype and you can buy the same thing at simple drug stores for ten times less than they sell it. the Zoderm will have to be given to you by your dermatologist though

Obviously all the basics such as a mild, but effective facial wash (neutrogena products are great), drinking enough water, DO NOT touch your face, etc. But in addition to all of this, try eating/drinking anything with acai berry. It has twice the antioxidants found in blueberries, which means it detoxifies your body and pores. If you consume the acai berry, you will purify your pores. Not only will it clear up your face, it will give your skin a healthier glow, and it is very good for your body in general. Good luck!
