I know thеrе′s many advertisements аnd products οn thе market stating thаt thеу hаνе thе best solution, bυt thеу аll dο thаt ѕο I саnnοt really bе sure. I want аn opinion frοm thе public ѕο I аm hoping teh Yahoo Anѕwеr community саn hеlр mе out. I аm getting minor acne \breakouts throughout mу face аnd I wаѕ јυѕt wondering іf уου hаd аnу suggestions fοr really gοοd solutions/products. Must use 3 things on face: Wash, Toner, Moisturizer. Do this at least 2x a day, morning & night (possibly 3rd time, midday, if super oily/sweating). Products that work for one person may not work for another person, so always do small patch test on face for a couple of days to see how skin will react to product! Don’t quickly jump from product to product! Give skin a break before trying new product to prevent irritation! Natural & gentle products are sometimes more effective than acne medicine!

U need to have three products
1) Deep cleanser or deep Cleansing fash wash
2) Wall nut or Apricot scrub( also called as exfoliation)
3) Toner
Cleanser removes the excess oil, dirt, greese, or any other substances(normal deep cleancers won’t give form, so U feel little unhappy. so I suggest to buy fash wash which contains “deep cleanser” properties).

Then apply scrub and rub gently . Scrub must be used not more than 2 times daily to remove the deeply penetrated dirt and “dead skin” which is the main cause for acne. Look for high density “wall nut or apricot” extract products so the scrub particals are high and spread wide. After done scrubbing U need to apply toner to moisten and inhibit the PH levels.

For deep undustanding the reasons and prevention of acne………
Acne is only appears when Ur “skin pores”(holes) got clogged with dirt, oil, pollution etc. Its not becoz the bacteria or the excess oil. The simple rule is to “clean Ur pores and and open them and open them all the time”. Mostly experienced dermatologists give these suggestions and prescribe products to remove the blockage. But majority of doctors don’t do this they only concentrate on “creams and antibiotics” to make U come again.
U can stop pimples simply by following these steps daily.
CLEANSING: There is “cleansers” available. These are different than soaps and fash washs. Cleansers don’t give “form” but it cleans deep into Ur pores and removes the dirt oil and other substances.
First use warm water on Ur face(warm water is not necessary but effective) then apply little amount( four pie size) cleanser circle motion avoid eyes. Leave it for 2 minutes then rinse well with water or U can use cotton pads to wipe it out. Use cleanser not more than 3 times a day.
EXFOLIATION: This is nothing but removing “dead skin”. Ur skin dies every 28 days(all the skin don’t die same time) and forms new skin, U have to remove the dead skin from the pores or it will leads to clogging resulting as pain full acne. There is a myth that “Scrub” makes skin more oily, the fact is before scrubbing the pores are blocked so no way the oil can’t reach the surface it becomes as acne, but after scrubbing the pores becomes clear so the oil will reach the surface with out blockage.
After cleansing, Use “scrub”(either wall nut or apricot). Take a 4 pie sized scrub on ur fingers and rub gently on Ur face in a circle motion and the neck, avoid eyes. Wash with clean water. Some cleansers or face wash contains “cleansing and exfoliation properties” U can use them as alternatives to the both cleanser and scrub.
TONING: After applying the scrub and making Ur skin dry, apply little amount of “toner” all around Ur face and neck with cotton.(U can apply it with cotton on Ur face and with hand on Ur neck). Thats it now U can just leave it or U can apply makeup(if U a girl).
U need to follow these steps daily in a strict manner. Clean Ur hands with antibacterial soap before touching Ur face and cleansing Ur face. Stop using any soaps to Ur face.
Use clean towels and choths and clean Ur surroundings, especially the remotes, handles, keyboards, mouse, etc that U use mostly with hand. Clean Ur pets once a week with antibacterial soaps. Limit Ur oil consumption. If U have dandruff its better to wipe it quickly before it make more complicated acne.
The most of the “pimple kits” on this same method so its better to select a product “which is herbal and cheap”. U can stop upto 90% of acne this way, U may still get very few acne but believe me few acne on Ur face makes U sexy.
